<p><strong>Adetokunbo Davies</strong> is currently a Partner with the Law firm of <strong>Pinheiro LP</strong>, one of the foremost law firms in Nigeria. He graduated from the University of Lagos and the Nigerian Law School, and is currently pursuing an MBA from the University of Suffolk, UK.</p>
<p>Adetokunbo possesses vast experience in litigations, appeals, arbitrations and election-related cases. He currently handles over 50 complex litigation cases and has appeared in all superior courts of record representing diverse clients. He has secured judgements at the High Court, National Industrial Court, Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court, and has obtained numerous rulings including exparte orders, Mareva injunctions and Anton Pillar orders.</p>
<p>He is an integral part of the alternative dispute resolution team at his firm, and has extensive cross-border experience having worked on ICC arbitrations in London, Hong Kong and Vienna.</p>
<p>Adetokunbo has deep knowledge of election petition proceedings, having conducted trials in the Edo State Senatorial Election Petition in 2019, represented a sitting Senator in a pre-election matter from the Federal High Court up to the Supreme Court, and represented candidates for the Nigerian National Assembly in the 2023 general elections.</p>
